In July, 2014, Three launched Feel At Home in an effort to relieve our customers of mobile phone costs while abroad. What started as a progressive idea, turned into a full-blown epidemic of holiday spam. We're sorry.
We thought allowing our customers to use their UK allowance in 16 destinations, to call and text back home, and to use data at no extra cost was a good idea. However, we underestimated our customers' enthusiasm for posting holiday pics while abroad.
